I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, & depression, as well as, various other life stressors. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My goal is to help my clients find their best self and set goals that help them reach that person they want to be, as well as, identify ways to cope more effectively with life situations and stressors.
