Introduction

Jenna grew up in South Dakota and received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University. She enjoys supporting others and believes the counseling relationship can be a powerful tool for growth, healing, and finding clarity. Jenna loves her role as “mom”, traveling, learning, and being active. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) for the state of South Carolina. Jenna believes that life transitions and difficult seasons can become catalysts for lasting, meaningful growth with the right support. She offers a calming, person-centered approach to counseling and integrates theoretical modalities based on each client’s unique needs and goals. Jenna is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is able to utilize the technique to help clients foster clarity and relief from emotional distress. Other commonly integrated orientations include Solution-Focused, Emotionally-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. Jenna is a trauma-informed family therapist who works with adults, teens, kids and couples. She especially enjoys offering a safe, dignified space for navigating and healing from difficult and destructive relationships.
