Jenna's clinical experience includes working with teenagers and adults coping with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions. Jenna believes facilitating the connection between mind and body helps to maintain a healthy and happy life. Jenna incorporates CBT, ERP, ACT, mindfulness and whole body awareness to support the client's work towards their goals.
