FAQ What types of therapy do you use? I utilize psychodynamic psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focus on helping clients regulate emotions, tolerate distress, develop mindfulness skills, and enjoy more effective interpersonal relationships. We will work together to determine the type of therapy that is the best fit for you. What are typical issues you see in your practice? I often treat people who have anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, and personality concerns, but each client is unique. Many issues are more complex and are often a result of a combination of anxiety, mood, interpersonal, and external stressors. Do you have other specialties? Yes. I also specialize in college student mental health. Another interest of mine is helping people who have dropped out of previous therapy.
