With 20 years of experience working with children and staff in schools, I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and compassion, offering a non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Whether using play-based techniques with children or providing guidance and encouragement to caregivers, educators, and professionals navigating their own challenges, I pride myself on bringing calm, thoughtful connection to every interaction. Together, we will work to develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and foster authentic growth. My goal is to support my clients in exploring new possibilities and achieving positive, lasting change. In addition to my clinical work, I am pleased to have my certified therapy dog, Andy, often accompany us during our time together. His presence offers comfort, reduces anxiety, and provides an extra layer of support for those who benefit from the calming effect of animals.
