My goal is to provide you with a safe place to feel seen and heard. I believe in creating a space where you feel free to come as you are and feel supported. The most important thing I do as a therapist is to create a space for my clients where they feel valued and understood. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My approach to therapy is to use strategies that are tailored to each clients' specific needs and challenges. Whether it is to process how your past experiences impact your current functioning, explore coping patterns and interpersonal dynamics, and identify coping skills you need to better handle challenges and the issues you face. Life can be complex, and our sessions provide a space to untangle your thoughts and emotions, and figure out what is making you feel stuck. My intention during our time together is to help you feel more connected with yourself, and guide you, without judgement at whatever point of your self-discovery journey you may be on.
