My time as a healing professional has reinforced the awareness that trauma and chronic stress are stored not just in our minds, but in our bodies and nervous systems as well. That is often why talk therapy is just not enough. As a result, I’ve been most effective in supporting people in reaching their goals through treatment modalities that utilize the brain, body, and nervous system. People who seek me out generally identify with experiencing a history of trauma, grief, attachment wounds, or chronic stress that’s preventing them from living their best lives. I work best with people who are open to a less traditional therapy experience and a direct, relational communication style. Together I feel hopeful that we can build greater resilience, connection, and peace in your life. I use a mix of Brainspotting, EMDR, TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises), Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Flash Technique, Safe and Sound Protocol, and mindfulness.
