With my diverse clinical experience and authentic and compassionate nature, I am committed to helping adults connect with their values and ignite their curiosity to increase their sense of well-being. I am eager to work collaboratively with each unique individual to embrace vulnerabilities, foster strengths and increase resilience. For the past several years, I have worked as a psychologist at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School. I pursued clinical training in a variety of hospital, community and private practice settings, including McLean Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Tufts Pain Center, Umass Lowell and Providence College. While I consider myself an integrative therapist, I specialize in acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), behavioral medicine and positive psychology. I am known for my “Self Care Group”, a resiliency curriculum, which focuses on tenets of positive psychology and self-compassion. My authentic leadership, warmth and curiosity foster a nurturing safe space.
