Hello there, I'm glad you found me! Taking steps out of misery and avoidance is difficult and scary. I work from a patient-centered, DBT perspective in partnership with clients struggling within the range of severe and acute eating disorders, persistent emotion dysregulation, chronic suicidality, and trauma/PTSD.
