Introduction

I offer a skillful, respectful, warm and compassionate therapeutic environment in which you can begin your journey of healing and personal development. My goal as your therapist is to apply a combination of emotional safety, compassion and clinical expertise to empower you to heal and reach your greatest potential. I enjoy working with people from a broad diversity of histories and identities. All are safe and welcome here. I specialize in counseling adults experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, (c)PTSD, other forms of acute stress and trauma, and the effects of growing up in addictive or otherwise dysfunctional social or family settings (ACA) (codependency). I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with extensive post-graduate training and expertise in several specialized approaches to treatment, including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Phobia and Hoarding (ERP), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in addition to creative arts, nature and somatic-based approaches.
