Are you looking for support services for your child, yourself, your relationship, or your family? Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or isolated? When we are in this state of dysregulation it can be difficult to make sense of complex thoughts and feelings and what to do in these moments. I cultivate an open and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients can be vulnerable to explore their emotions. I view counseling as a collaborative experience that allows children, individuals, couples, and families alike to learn valuable life skills and insights in order to grow both as individuals and as a family.
