Introduction

I help women figure out what they want most and identify the obstacles that are getting in the way. Those obstacles may include past traumas, unhelpful coping strategies, or the need to learn new skills. My specialty is helping ambitious women learn how to take care of themselves emotionally. I began my private practice in 2013 on the south side of Chicago where I attended the University of Chicago. Since, I've moved back to my hometown of Harlem, New York City. I provide services to clients who live in New York, Illinois, DC and New Jersey as I am licensed in those states. My practice is 100% virtual and all sessions are conducted via tele-health.
