I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and supporting individuals through life transitions. Through my experience as a clinical therapist and professional school counselor, my clients have benefited from my individualized and integrated treatment approaches. I have been successful in utilizing a combination of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), strengths-based therapy, brief solution-focused therapy and other mindfulness-based approaches to address difficult issues. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic relationship and working with clients to meet their desired goals while also guiding clients to explore emotions, attitudes, and beliefs that may have hindered them in their past attempts at personal growth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults ages 16 and older. I earned my Master of Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and my Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.
