Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty-five years' experience helping adolescents and adults struggling with trauma histories, excessive worry, grief, guilt, and self-doubt. Many people come to see me because they are feeling stuck, have difficulty trusting themselves/others and struggle to find joy in life. My mission is to work collaboratively with my clients, utilizing a person centered, strengths-based approach to identify coping skills that make sense and allow for a new, more helpful way to respond to what feels challenging in your life.
