One of my greatest strengths is my time in the field of counseling. I have over thirty-years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, working with many populations and diversified settings. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples. families and groups. Along the way, I have worked as a counselor and teacher in a medical school, a psychiatric hospital, elementary and secondary schools, group homes, a residential program, a rural mental health center and private practice. I have led conferences, taught at the junior college level, provided psychological assessments and served in a supervisory role as a mental health program director. I am open-minded, down to earth, gentle, trustworthy, light hearted, and welcoming.
