Introduction

Hello! I'm Jennifer, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of clinical experience in a range of treatment settings from seeing individuals weekly for outpatient counseling sessions to higher levels of care such as IOP, PHP and residential. I hold two Masters degrees, counseling and theological studies, from Covenant Theological Seminary (M.A.C., M.T.S). Some specialties and areas of interest include Christian counseling, anxiety and worry, stress management, depression, women's issues, improving emotional intelligence and personal resiliency as part of coping, college transitions, conflict resolution strategies in relationships, and using predominately evidence-based interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy, mindfulness, and IFS, to name a few.
