I have been working with children and their parents since 2001. In 2016, after 15 years of working exclusively in schools, I opened my private practice. In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My framework focuses on awareness, mindfulness, and getting to know yourself so that you can gain satisfaction in your present moment contact with others. I am available to support in individual, group, and family therapy as well as advocacy and support for addressing concerns in educational settings. In addition, I provide group supports to develop a mindfulness practice for all ages. I love to be outside, spend time with my family and my dog, garden, camp, listen to great music, and learn new things.
