Introduction
Clients often come to see me for support through some of the toughest times in their life. It is my job to hold a space for you to engage in the work to better understand what you are going through and ways to move through it. My areas of specialty are working with trauma, anxiety, depression, disordered eating/body image and low self-worth. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor as well. Clients describe me as genuine, comforting, funny, and validating. The most important ingredient to an individuals growth in therapy is the therapeutic relationship, with their therapist. My goal is to create an inviting and safe space to process, explore, grow, heal, and learn. Im right here with you. You've done the hard part. It takes a lot of strength and courage to look for help, I am glad you are here. I show up to the session with judgement-free support and will likely sprinkle a bit of humor or sarcasm along the way!
