Since 2016 I have been working with clients in my private practice primarily utilizing attachment based, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques. Clients in my practice experience a range of life stressors and symptoms, including grief/loss, anxiety disorders, depression, childhood and/or domestic trauma, ADHD, self esteem, identity achievement, and relationship issues. My style is open-minded, accepting, compassionate and nonjudgmental. My purpose as a therapist is to help you increase your self awareness, and learn how to effectively manage your mental health in order to achieve your goals.
