Introduction

Therapy is about promoting the mental health of the client and improving relationships. Reasons for seeking help may present themselves in a variety of ways. It could be a child acting out for no apparent reason or a couple where it seems that all they do is fight. It could look like a teenager having difficulties at school/home or someone who just feels down or anxious. I believe that a person will not open up to a stranger if they do not feel comfortable. I strive to provide a caring, non-judgmental environment for all of my clients. With a variety of techniques we will work on your goals, which we establish at the beginning of treatment.
