My greatest intention in working with you is to create an environment that helps you feel truly seen and accepted for who you are. Living with anxiety, stress, trauma and depression can often leave us feeling very alone. I aim to be guide that helps you to navigate your challenging emotions, thoughts and experiences in a compassionate, genuinely curious and non-judgmental way. I aim to help you uncover emotional and cognitive blockages and behavior patterns that at one time may have helped you survive but are now holding you back from living out your highest potential. I use a variety of modalities depending on client need and preference. However, I most often utilize EMDR. EMDR is an integrative therapy that is cognitive, emotionally focused and somatic. I also often incorporate ego state therapy interventions into EMDR for deeper healing.
