Introduction

At different points in our lives, we experience feeling at rock bottom or struggle to problem solve through life transitions. While psychoeducation is often included in therapy to strengthen awareness, I believes you are the expert in your own life; sometimes we just need someone to walk with us on our journey through the hills and valleys of life. I approach therapy from a reality and strength-based approach. As a military Veteran, I understands we all have unique life experiences and backgrounds that formulate and shape who we are today. I value your unique experiences and insights. Clients appreciate my ability to balance humor, honesty, and compassion, while navigating life’s challenges.
