Introduction

I have over 15 years of experience as an intensive in-home counselor and outpatient therapist. I specialize in play therapy with children and adults, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy from a family systems perspective. I actively works with clients who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood dysregulation, anger and impulse control difficulties believing these are just part of an experience and not identifiers of an individual. I have a heart for children of divorced families and marriage ministry. I believes in practical and effective Christ-centered therapy. I have expertise in children with self injurious behaviors, as well as and teens at risk of out of home placement.
