Introduction

Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 14 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals of all ages-children, adolescents, adults, and families- navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. I offer telehealth services in a confidential environment, with a flexible schedule that includes early morning, daytime, and evening hours. I have worked with individuals who have experienced a variety of challenges, including grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, family and relationship conflict, life transitions, college-related stress, domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse and neglect, and other issues that impact daily functioning. I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCAPT), Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My trainings and certifications enable me to provide specialized support tailored to your unique needs. My expertise spans various therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Attunement, Regulation, and Competency (ARC and ARC GROW), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), mindfulness, strength-based and family-focused methods. However, I do not adhere to a single treatment model; instead, I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs and circumstance. I am committed to fostering a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to address your concerns, manage difficulties, and work towards your mental health and well-being goals. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
