Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for over 15 years who has experience working with teens and adults. I have my Masters degree in Counseling (MA), am a LCMHC and a Counseling Supervisor (LCMHCS). I have dealt with issues ranging from Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Self-Esteem, Relationship Problems, and Adjustment Difficulties. My counseling style combines Reality Therapy, Person Centered, ACT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. But most importantly I come from a judgement-free space where you can feel supported and encouraged to make positive changes in your life. Therapy can sometimes be a challenging process as you try to learn about the person you are now and who you want to become. But I am here to make you feel comfortable and confident in the progress you make towards a better life!
