We all have inherent strength and resiliency that gives us the innate ability to overcome barriers, challenges, uncertainty, and trauma. I believe in fostering empowerment, resiliency, and understanding the rightful use of our emotions. Through our work together, you may rediscover the inner self that may be buried beneath shame, guilt, negative automatic thoughts, and false core beliefs.
