LMHC Seattle Counseling Center
Available next week
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, Attachment Issues

Introduction

I offer counseling to those facing uncertain futures. I help transform fear, worry, and doubt into confidence, intention, and purpose. My style is collaborative, exploratory, and curious. You are the expert of your life, I'm just here to listen, relate, and sometimes offer a different perspective. I like to use warmth, empathy, and humor to connect. I believe the best therapists are well-rounded with a variety of experiences outside of the therapy room. I've held professional positions involving writing and editing, design, marketing and sales, and hospitality before and after becoming a counselor. I'm a wife and mother. A Pacific Northwest native, I've lived in the South and East Coast before returning to Washington to open my practice.
