Introduction

My goal is to ensure you feel welcomed, safe, and heard as you share your story. People view counseling in a variety of ways. Everyone has different comfort levels with the therapeutic process and no matter where you are in that process, I am here to help. As your counselor, it is my goal to guide social and emotional growth through reframing, reflection, and advocacy. I am so happy you are here! I spent 15 years in the public school sector, K-8, as a social skills coach, educator, and as a school counselor. Prior to education, I worked 5 years as an advocate, case manager, and crisis support with those experiencing family violence. Each of us is different with different needs, so therapeutic approaches will vary depending on circumstances, needs, and personality.
