I have a background in grief counseling and consider it a privilege to walk with those dealing with the death of a loved one. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard. I will walk alongside you and empower you to help yourself as well as offer an empathetic space to deeply process emotions with the use of emotion-focused techniques. Additionally, I will give you coping tools to help you manage stressors in your day-to-day life.
