My name is Jenny and I founded Grounded Counseling with the hopes of expanding my scope of therapy and making it as approachable as possible to the people I serve. With a blend of humor, compassion, and authenticity, we will work together to identify what is holding you back from experiencing life as it should be: full of ups and downs but nothing that is insurmountable.
