Jenn is trained in EMDR and has over 20 years of counseling experience. Jenn believes we are emotional, relational, and spiritual beings created for connection and healing. Life’s challenges can leave us feeling unseen, isolated, or overwhelmed by shame and pain. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Using an attachment-based, integrative approach, Jenn incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, systems theory, and EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma and move toward healing. She creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults feel safe, valued, and understood. Based in Brentwood, TN, Jenn works with individuals ages 10 and up, guiding them toward lasting emotional and spiritual transformation.
