I bring compassion and a nonjudgmental style to my practice, believing that it’s most important to meet people where they’re at and help them see that what they’re going through is normal and okay. I am an intense listener and believe in a direct approach to therapy, meaning I’m not just going to nod my head and let you talk, but I will ask questions to get to know you and get to the heart of what’s most important to you. We will then dig as deep as you’re comfortable to identify the cause of your issue, where you might be stuck, and ways you can start to see the world in a different light. I have been practicing for over 15 years and utilize a collaborative and holistic approach in therapy. I embrace diversity and I am a LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapist. I am trained in utilizing EMDR, have a certification in CBT, and incorporate a variety of approaches.
