I specialize in individual and family therapy for ages 15+ focusing on adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, phase of life changes, trauma, and couples counseling. I also have training in sports psychology and as a former collegiate athlete and coach, specialize in improving sports and/or professional performance. My therapeutic approach is client centered, placing the client at the helm. I work with clients on skill development and practice, including key components of CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Strengths based Therapy, and Motivational Enhancement Therapies. Your therapy is individually crafted to progress you towards your peak.
