Introduction

Hi! I’m Jenny Harris, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S), Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist - Consultant (CEDS-C). As the Clinical Director of EveryBody Counseling, I am passionate about helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. I specialize in eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and trauma-informed care, and I work with clients seeking a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to heal. My journey into this field was deeply personal—I saw firsthand how transformative therapy can be, and I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals on their path toward self-acceptance and emotional well-being. At EveryBody Counseling, we offer a warm, inclusive environment where clients can feel safe to explore their challenges and develop lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, navigating life transitions, or seeking to break free from unhelpful patterns, I’d love to support you on your journey.
