I (Jenny Lyn Hazlett) am a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in the State of Colorado as well as a Registered Brainspotting Therapist. I work best by reflecting on the clients early attachments, past relationships, and trauma to see the impact on their lives, using this knowledge to do the profound reflective work needed for lasting change. I enjoy work that is creative and intuitive that steps outside the bounds of traditional talk therapy to help clients move through difficult barriers to healing such things as emotional dysregulation, dissociation, and parts of self. I am an attachment-based, Psychodynamic therapist who draws heavily on brain-body work techniques working from a trauma lens. I am currently working toward becoming a Brainspotting consultant."
