Introduction

she/her Licensed by the State of Connecticut, I am a Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and their families, treating depression and mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, and family and relationship issues. Having worked in multiple settings including in-home services, outpatient mental health clinics, a juvenile detention center, university, community mobile crisis and psychiatric hospitals, I understand how the different levels of care operate. I am well connected to many resources and value quality of fit for the client/therapist relationship. The last decade of my social work career has been dedicated to working with adolescents and young adults, and it is a true joy of mine. I sincerely enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that comes with interacting with young people. More important, is helping my clients deal with the many issues and struggles that accompany being young. When not working, I can be found spending time with my family and friends (including my two dogs), reading, watching a live band, running or traveling.
