When working with clients the question I have for myself is "how can I provide a space and build a working relationship that will provide this person a place for personal growth and healing?". I utilize techniques found in Acceptance Commitment Therapy ACT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) counseling modalities to teach effective coping skills and personal competence to resolve problems related to depression and anxiety and to manage anger, moods, and unhealthy habits that often impact life in unwanted ways.I want to create a space for you to be your authentic self.
