Jeremy works with adults (individuals, couples, and families) who experience PTSD/trauma, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. Jeremy also works with the LGBTGEQIAP+ community (teens and adults) and is an “out” counselor with a history of advocacy for diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging. Jeremy approaches counseling from a multicultural and social justice perspective and has lived and worked in many US states and countries, drawing on this experience to understand each client’s unique perspective. Jeremy focuses on helping counseling clients live fulfilling lives by developing a willingness to accept painful thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations so they can move forward and live a values-guided, fulfilling life. Jeremy is primarily an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) counselor who applies key concepts from neuroscience and the Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) counseling modalities.
