Introduction

I provide individual therapy to treat anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and other symptoms. I provide couples therapy to treat communication issues, intimacy issues, and other relationship struggles. On your journey toward healing you are in the driver's seat. I will be your co-pilot and point out issues you may want to stop for, avoid, or fix. You get to make the decisions and I will support you along the way. I am very passionate about helping others find peace and satisfaction in life. As a therapist it is my purpose to collaborate with you to set goals that meet and fulfill your mental health expectations. My warm and empathetic approach allows me to extend compassion to you in the ways you need. I look forward to hearing from you.
