I aim to create an environment that helps people feel comfortable working through issues, without fear of judgment or bias. I use a productive client-centered approach with cognitive-behavioral interventions that are balanced, earnest, and comprehensive. Potential goals of therapy are to help couples develop emotional attunement, establish an individual identity, or discover new depths of connection. I also work with individual adults seeking support for depression, anxiety, grief, sobriety, marriage and family issues, premarital counseling, and general life transitions.
