Hello. Thank you for your interest in my counseling practice. I bring a wide breadth of experience, with thanks to many decades as a therapist, nurse, and mother, and do my best to bring that forward into my work with clients. I call on varied theoretical approaches in order to see what feels right and most effective for each person. For me, trust, steadiness, creativity, and laughter, are the most essential ingredients for bonding and growth.
