I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My clinical interests include working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, grief, and suicidal thoughts. I believe everybody can benefit from going to therapy and it is a gift we give ourselves. As a social worker, I utilize a person-centered therapy approach to empower clients to make meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Person-centered therapy is an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling. In my work with clients, I utilize methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment, and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients refine and develop coping skills for life stressors while also providing trauma informed care.
