Jessenia Acuna, LCSW, RYT is a holistic therapist and registered yoga instructor passionate about helping individuals connect with themselves, build confidence, and take action toward a fulling life. Jessenia integrates CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and other somatic practices to help individuals find the right approach to reach optimal health and wellbeing. She received her graduate degree from New York University where she also worked at the Health and Wellness Center leading programs across the Shanghai and New York campus to support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, & life transitions.
