Introduction

My Practice Welcome! I'm glad you are here! I believe we all have an inner wisdom of knowing what is healing for us and what we truly need. My work as a therapist is to walk along side you in the therapeutic process as you discover what brings more light and joy into your life as you learn to listen to the parts of you that have struggled and perhaps felt alone. If you feel lost, come find yourself with me. Let us find curiosity together as we explore your journey to your Self. I offer in-person and teletherapy services to adults 18 years and older who are living in Maine (LC 19608). About Me I was graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies. I earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley. I completed a one year Palliative Care Fellowship through the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center following graduate school. I have worked with all age groups from preschool age to older adults. I became licensed in California in 2010 and received licensure in Maine in 2021 following my move to Maine in 2020. I opened my private practice in the Spring of 2021.
