As a psychotherapist and yoga therapist, I help clients identify and reach their personal goals utilizing an integrative approach that includes focusing on strengths, trauma informed care, and Polyvagal Theory. Clients dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain and illness can expect a compassionate and collaborative environment to work on overcoming these challenges. Those who are looking to increase self-efficacy, develop tools for self regulation, and motivated to make change will be supported and empowered to access their innate healing capabilities. I have extensive experience working with clients individually and in groups within both a medical and private practice setting, and have incorporated both traditional (CBT, Motivational Interviewing) and integrative (somatic, breath work, mindfulness, meditation) therapies to address the entire spectrum of the human experience. We live in a society that promotes chronic stress, fear, scarcity, and a focus on treating symptoms of disease rather than the causes. Each of us has a desire to access our innate sense of peace and wholeness. I strive to make it easy for you and I to partner to create a space where you will feel safe, supported, and empowered to truly grow and heal.
