Jessica is passionate about helping others not only heal, but thrive. She works with busy corporate professionals suffering the effects of stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression. She enjoys working with company leaders to grow in their leadership skills, conflict resolution, and overall mindset to reach their full potential; including success in their personal lives and careers. In her approach to therapy, Jessica believes that you need to focus on your mindset: identity and beliefs, in order to make long lasting life changes. This includes mindfulness, values alignment, and thought changing. Being of mixed-race background, Jessica provides therapy integrating all aspects of an individual or family’s culture to help inform collaboration and treatment. When she works with clients of color she has addressed topics of limiting beliefs, code switching, sense of identity in the workplace, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and stereotype threat. Jessica’s trainings for company leaders from marginalized groups, has involved leadership identity, stress management, self-care, health, and fitness because she is truly dedicated to bettering the lives and mental health of all. Her early work as a therapist involved group and individual therapy with children ages 6-17, specializing in Autism Spectrum disorder, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and understanding the social challenges and pressures children and teenagers often face in their day-to-day lives.
