Introduction

Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with five years of experience helping people navigate life’s most difficult moments. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, supporting them through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, addiction recovery, and more. I began my career leading equine-assisted therapy groups, and that foundation in experiential healing continues to shape my work today. Since then, I’ve expanded my training in evidence-based trauma therapies like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), blending these approaches with a warm, person-centered style. My decision to become a counselor was deeply personal. I wanted to become the kind of support I needed when I was struggling. That purpose continues to guide me as I hold space for others with empathy and authenticity. I’m continually growing in my work through ongoing training in parts work, somatic tools, and holistic approaches, so I can better support each client’s unique path toward healing. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build inner resilience, and create a life that feels meaningful on your own terms.
