Introduction

My aim in therapy is to provide a space to aid others in fostering hope and inspiring change. I believe in people's innate resilience to rise above their struggles. Sometimes, we all need a little help to get there. I love to work with people to help them recognize and utilize their strengths. Since 2012, I have worked with various populations, including adults, children, adolescents, and the military. I am a licensed professional counselor and am grateful to have this platform to serve others.
