Hi- I’m Jessica Gada (she/her/hers). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed/Board Certified Art Therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in guiding adults through healing and transformative processes as they navigate career, academic, and relationship decisions— especially in the wake of difficult life events, such as grief, job loss, trauma, or troubles in the home or workplace. A trauma-informed clinician, I collaborate with my clients to understand their unique backgrounds and belief systems in a safe, LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally sensitive anti-racist setting. I believe in Health at Every Size. Together we can see what works for you, whether it’s engaging in a creative or spiritual exploration, journaling your way to clarity, or using approaches like EMDR to heal old wounds.
