Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 3 years of clinical mental health experience. I graduated from Troy University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and hold a Bachelors degree in Criminology from Florida State University. I have a wide range of experience with adolescents and adults including time spent as an inpatient therapist as well as an outpatient therapist in the community mental health setting and in private practice. I specialize in supporting frontline workers as well as and their families who are dealing with trauma, PTSD, sleep struggles, anger management, anxiety, depression, family issues, burnout, social challenges, and other related concerns. I am a provider for Redline Rescue and was trained in Trauma Management Therapy by the University of Central Florida. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially for those who dedicate themselves to helping others. If you or your family are facing struggles like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or any other concerns, know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I'm here to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work toward the healing you deserve! “One day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful.” - Sigmund Freud
